Terms

Terms of use

These terms cover this website: its pages, the live demo and the Book a demo form. They are short, because the site only tells you about Menty. By using the site, you accept them.

Who we are

Menty makes ordering and payment at the table for venues: restaurants, cafés, beach clubs and events. In these terms, “Menty”, “we” and “us” mean the business that runs this website.

What this site is

This site is information about Menty. It is not an offer and not a contract. Prices, features, figures and examples on it are indicative: they may change, and some features are shown before they are available. What Menty provides to a venue, and at what price, is set in a written agreement with that venue.

The live demo

The demo is a sample menu for Fat Kafta, a venue we made up for the demo. Nothing you do in it places an order, makes a payment or reaches a real venue.

Booking a demo

Sending the Book a demo form creates no obligation for you or for us. Our privacy notice explains how we handle the details you send.

Using the site fairly

Please don't attack the site, flood the form, copy the site in bulk with automated tools, or use it to break the law. We may block access that does.

Our content

The text, images, screens, demo and brand on this site belong to Menty, or are used with permission. You may link to the site and share its pages. Please don't copy or reuse its content for your own product or marketing. The fonts are used under their open licences.

Other sites

Links to other sites are there for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or how they work.

Limits of our responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. As far as Lebanese law allows, we are not responsible for loss that comes from relying on the site or from it being unavailable. Nothing here limits responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the site changes. The version on this page is the one that applies.

Contact

For a question about these terms, reply to any message from our team, or send the form on our Book a demo page with your question in the venue name field.
